An extra-large capacity trough design, combining flat sections of the Boulevard FRC material within a stainless steel frame. The design is available in four sizes in six different colours - Anthracite, Titanium, Ivory, Amber, Topaz and Ruby. The four sizes vary in width up to 140cm, with the height and depth always 60cm.
The planters are supplied fully-assembled, with all components bonded together, and with all surfaces sealed watertight. Instead of a simple drainage hole, the DELTA CARAT 60 Trough is fitted with an overflow pipe with the intake raised 5cm above the base. This effectively creates a large internal reservoir within the bottom of each planter. For best effect, the bottom 5cm of the planter should be filled with an inert drainage material - such as Hydroleca expanded clay pellets, or recycled polystyrene chunks (the latter is available free-of-charge from IOTA).
