Terms vary by project type/size/location, but the service we can provide on commercial and public sector projects can be classified as follows:
Smaller Projects in UK and Europe
- Rapid delivery from stock ex. IOTA’s warehouse to any EC destination
- Trade pricing calculated as a discount from published retail prices
- No minimum order quantities/values, but pricing is order value dependent
- Standard delivery within 5-10 working days, but more urgent delivery possible
Larger Projects – Worldwide
- Shipment from factory in Asia direct to site – to any destination, in any country
- Genuine ex-factory prices, quoted on an all-inclusive Delivery Duty Paid basis
- No set minimums, but economic minimums apply relating to shipping costs
- Delivery leadtime 8-12 weeks
Custom Manufacture
- Shipment, pricing and minimums as per Larger Projects - Worldwide
- Available for all planter ranges, and stainless steel sculpture
